The services incidental to aiding and counselling in respect of investment securities, namely, providing basic statistical and/or written information on particular securities including current or past price quotations; providing an opinion on the potential investment merit of a security (ies) held by an investment client; and providing an opinion as to how well an individual security fits into a client's overall investment portfolio in line with his individual circumstances and goals.
