Establishment and operation of a virtual network of doctors, scientists, and medical and pharmaceutical investigators and researchers engaged in establishing protocols for testing, analysis and examination of pharmaceutical products in the use for the treatment, diagnosis and improvement of medical response to the occurrence of cancer and generally to co-ordinate and conduct research into the improved treatment of cancer; to co-ordinate and convene seminars, meetings, and conventions dedicated to education with respect to the treatment of cancer.
