1. Activités de gestion Les activités de gestion couvrent les aspects suivants : 1. Gestion et administration du CRPTA ? Gérer les fonds du CRPTA avec diligence en conformité avec les politiques et règles de bonne gouvernance mises en place par le conseil d'administration du CRPTA (comptes de banque, placements, suivis des déboursés et des entrées de fonds, etc.) ? Convoquer et coordonner les activités du conseil d'administration, du comité exécutif, du comité de vérification, du comité consultatif et des comités de gestion de projets ? Assurer le suivi financier des projets de recherche (assurer le respect des ententes, réaliser les déboursés) ? Assurer la reddition de comptes ? Monter toute la documentation pour la reddition de compte et le suivi des indicateurs 2. Développement des affaires, visibilité et rayonnement ? Prospecter de nouveaux membres à l'échelle locale, nationale et internationale ? Prospecter pour les membres des opportunités de partenariats et d'alliances ? Faire connaître sur diverses tribunes et auprès de divers acteurs du secteur les activités du CRPTA. 3. Montage et gestion des projets de recherche ? Assurer le processus d'évaluation, de sélection et de montage des projets de recherche ? Présenter les projets de recherche pour décision ? Assurer le suivi des projets de recherche; ? Rapports aux différents comités du CRPTA; ? Supporter les industriels dans les démarches de réalisation des ententes de partage et d'exploitation de la propriété intellectuelle (élaboration et négociation des ententes, clôture des financements, etc.); ? Supporter les démarches de réalisation des ententes de partenariat entre les membres du CRPTA. 2. Activités d'animation Pour créer cette synergie au sein du CRPTA et intensifier les interactions entre les membres de toutes provenances, plusieurs activités seront réalisées pour favoriser l'établissement de réseaux d'échanges et de rencontres entre le milieu industriel et celui de la recherche, pour analyser les tendances technologiques, pour assurer le développement et une utilisation optimale des compétences en recherche et pour assurer la circulation d'informations stratégiques, scientifiques et techniques. Ces activités d'animation pourront comprendre : 1. Journée « Think Thank » annuelle Au terme de chaque année financière, le CRPTA organisera sa journée annuelle. Cette journée pourra être jumelée à l'assemblée générale annuelle (AGA) et verra la participation de conférenciers de haut calibre qui exposeront les dernières tendances d'ordre technologique et économique en lien avec les 4 axes d'intervention du CRPTA. Aussi, au terme de cette journée un bilan sur les activités de l'année sera présenté par la direction du CRPTA. Plus particulièrement, les objectifs de cette journée seront de : ? Faire le point sur l'état des technologies et des marchés en lien avec les axes d'intervention du CRPTA ? Échanger des renseignements et engager des discussions sur les sujets abordés avec les participants du colloque ? Permettre d'identifier de nouvelles voies de recherche et développement en en lien les 4 axes d'intervention du CRPTA ? Prospecter de nouveaux membres pour le CRPTA ? Stimuler le réseautage entre les membres, eux-mêmes et entre ceux-ci et d'autres acteurs du secteur ? Accroitre la visibilité du CRPTA Seront invités à participer à ce colloque : ? Les représentants des membres du CRPTA (les industriels et les instituts et centres de recherche) ? Les étudiants gradués intéressés par le domaine ? Tous les acteurs (industriels, instituts de recherche, consultant, association, agences gouvernementales, etc.) intéressés par l'essor de l'industrie de la transformation alimentaire au Québec 2. Forum et ateliers L'objectif du forum est de permettre aux industriels membres du consortium de faire part de leurs besoins en R-D précompétitive et de discuter d'alliances avec d'autres industriels et groupes de recherche. Les ateliers de discussion auront pour objectifs d'aborder des thématiques particulières qui faciliteront les activités de recherche précompétitive et l'interrelation entre les membres du consortium afin d'ultimement générer des idées de projets. Le forum et les ateliers seront exclusivement réservés aux membres du consortium. Les étudiants de deuxième et troisième cycles ainsi que les stagiaires postdoctoraux oeuvrant dans les instituts de recherche membres du CRPTA, seront vivement invités à participer aux discussions lors du forum ou lors des ateliers. Des courtes présentations de leur projet de rechercher pourront être envisagées. 3. Missions Le CRPTA compte solliciter des programmes offerts par certains ministères, tel que le MDEIE et le Ministère des relations internationales, afin de contribuer en partie à des coûts de participation de certains délégués des membres du consortium à des congrès, colloques, salons et foires à finalité industrielle. Ces missions se devront d'être en lien avec les thématiques identifiées à l'intérieur du consortium. 4. Site web Le CRPTA verra à développer un site web afin de donner une visibilité à l'initiative du consortium, à ses thématiques de recherche, à ses membres et bien d'autres éléments d'information. En plus de la liste des membres et des activités du consortium, ce site web présentera les différents projets qui auront obtenus du financement 5. Intelligence stratégique Le CRPTA verra avec différents partenaires dont le CQVB, à générer des contenus d'intelligence stratégique au profit des membres. Ces contenus pourront référer aux tendances, nouveautés, innovations mondiales mais aussi présenter des analyses sur les réglementations et les impacts sur le secteur, sur l'évaluation de la compétition étrangère et autres informations d'intérêt pour les membres.
