Computer software deployed from the internet used to connect a corporation or other legal entity with its affiliates or other related entities, and with the banks used by the corporation and its affiliates or other related entities for the purpose of tracking, aggregating, re-routing (either nationally or internationally), centrally or locally approving, processing and releasing payments owed by one or more of the related corporate entities through one or more of the connected banks, and for the purpose of processing and reconciling financial information in real time in a location independent manner across all connected banks in respect of each of the related entities, and facilitating both intercompany lending and bank lending.
