The mark consists of an oval, around which appears "*** THE ASSOCIATION OF *** FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTING ENGINEERS"; and in the center of which is a self-supporting radio tower, from the base of which emanates a grid of latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates; from the sides of which emanate lightning bolts; and above which is a draftsman's divider. The mark is not lined for color.

The colors appear in the mark in the shield, which is surrounded by a black border. The mark is divided into an upper portion by two black perpendicular lines with a powder blue background behind black and white banner, torch and book elements. The lower portion consists of a lavender background behind a powder blue heptagon with black outlining containing seven black stick figures, one in each of seven sections of the heptagon, where the heptagon is surrounded by the words: Scholarship, Leadership, Sisterhood, Service and Multiculturalism. The white banner with black outlining in the upper portion displays the words: "Sisters Of Diversity" and "Together As One" and further contains a white center circle with the words "Theta Nu Xi" on the top of a black border around the circle and the words "April 11, 1997" on the bottom of the black border around the circle, with a lavender butterfly in the center of the circle.
