The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of product packaging, which consists of an elongated bottle with a round shape which increases in width from the bottom of the bottle to the neck of the bottle; the bottle incorporates vertical striations from the bottom of the bottle to the neck which creates beveling around the bottle, the cap of the bottle is rounded and high and increases in width from the bottom to the top, the bottle also includes a flattened oval breaking the striations on one side of the bottle. All of the elements inside of the dotted line, namely, the shapes and elements outlined by solid lines are all part of the mark. The dotted lines serve only to show the position and placement of the mark.
