The mark consists of The Mark consists of a large purple square, with a purple border, followed by a thin white matting, followed by a thin purple matting, a thinner white matting and finally the remainder and majority of the square is in the color purple. In the top center of the large purple square is a circle within a circle, the perimeter of each circle demarcated by the color white with the perimeter of the outermost circle being the thicker of the two. In the middle of the innermost circle is the letter "S" also in white on the same purple background.
