In the center of the crest is a white circle. Within and at the top of the white circle, the red wording "ELTAHAN" is displayed in an arch. Likewise, within and at the bottom of the white circle, the red wording "ELTAHAN" is displayed in an arch with the wording presented in a mirror image.
