Mentoring/Coaching programme for Black and the Minority Ethnic (BAME) women and their families; Online self-education services for a culturally diverse community of women; Online and in person adult learning services regarding conception, pregnancy, postpartum up to toddler care; Face to Face and Online Adult learning and development regarding each trimester in a woman's pregnancy, during their labour process postpartum, period & up to toddler care; Virtual adult learning services in physical, mental, social and emotional strategies during and after pregnancy; Adult well-being training for maternal care from conception to two years old; Antenatal workshops, mother and baby bonding & women's wellness workshops (online and face to face); Prenatal & postpartum health learning workshops; Arrangement of weekly walks; arranging and conducting personal development event days for mothers and or their families; Arranging and conducting of training courses; Arranging and conducting of online development courses and workshops via the internet and social apps; Coaching and training in self awareness for parents and care professionals; Conducting and arranging courses targeted at the BAME community for care professionals; Online cultural workshops for healthcare professionals use; educational seminars and or training for students and universities in cultural motherhood.
